# Delivery Window Begin (FCFS) column (Trips table)

> What the Delivery Window Begin (FCFS) column in Dispatch Planner v2 shows: when a first-come, first-served window opens at the trip's last stop.

Part of the [Dispatch Planner column reference](/en/help/loads-trips/dispatch-planner-columns).

The **Delivery Window Begin (FCFS)** column shows when the first-come, first-served window opens at the stop where each trip ends, with the full date, time, and time zone, for example 09/06/2026 @ 06:00 EST. Use it with **Delivery Window End (FCFS)** to see the whole window, which the **Destination Date & Time** column reduces to a single time.

## What does the column show?

The column shows the **Begin Window** time of the trip's last stop when that stop's schedule type is **FCFS** (First Come First Serve). The last stop is the last delivery on most trips. The time uses a 24-hour clock.

The time is the local time at the stop, followed by the abbreviation of the stop's time zone, not your own time zone. The abbreviation stays the same all year, so an Atlanta delivery in July reads EST, not EDT, while the time shown is still the clock time at the stop.

## Why is the column blank?

**The last stop is an appointment.** A stop with the **APPT** (Appointment) schedule type has no window, so the column shows a dash. This holds even if the stop had a window before it was switched to APPT. The appointment time shows in **Destination Date & Time** instead.

**The window has no begin time.** An FCFS stop saved without a **Begin Window** time shows a dash.

## How do sorting and filtering work?

**Sorting follows the real moment, not the clock in the cell.** A window opening at 6:00 in New York sorts ahead of one opening at 6:00 in Dallas. Trips showing a dash sort to the bottom whether you sort earliest or latest first.

**Date filters use the date in the cell.** The filter compares the stop's local date as shown in the column, not the date in your own time zone. Trips showing a dash never match a date filter.
