# Subsidiary column (Trips table)

> What the Subsidiary column in the Dispatch Planner v2 Trips table shows, how to filter trips by subsidiary, and why some subsidiaries in the filter return no trips.

The **Subsidiary** column shows which of your carrier subsidiaries each trip is tendered as. Use it when you dispatch for more than one subsidiary and want to work one subsidiary's trips at a time.

## Where does the value come from?

The value is the **Tender As** subsidiary set on the load with **Change Tender**. Only trips tendered as a carrier subsidiary appear in Dispatch Planner v2. See [Dispatch Planner](/en/help/loads-trips/dispatch-planner) for how to set **Tender As**.

## Why does a subsidiary in the filter return no trips?

**The filter lists every subsidiary on your account, including brokerage subsidiaries.** Trips tendered as a brokerage subsidiary never appear in Dispatch Planner v2, so picking a brokerage subsidiary returns no trips.

## How does the subsidiary affect driver matching?

If you select a trip showing **Open** or **Covered**, the **Drivers** list the planner opens for it is filtered to drivers in the same subsidiary.
