Overwrites an existing custom reference on a stop. If-Match is required with the trip ETag — not a per-stop token. Read that value from Get trip, List trip stops, or Get trip stop; those GETs return the trip ETag on the response. The write persists only the target trip and returns its refreshed ETag. Requires stop:update. See Updating records safely.
