Company logs record what changed on a customer, broker, or location profile, when it changed, and who changed it.

View a customer’s or broker’s logs

  1. Open the profile.
  2. On the Details tab, click the ⋯ menu in the page header.
  3. Choose View logs.
The Logs panel opens on the right. Each entry shows what changed, the date and time, the reason (if one was saved), and who made the change with their role. The newest entries are at the top.

View contract and fuel surcharge logs

  1. Open the Contracts or Fuel Surcharge tab.
  2. Click the ⋯ menu in the page header and choose View logs.
This panel lists changes to the customer’s lane contracts and fuel surcharge contracts, for example “Lane contract updated”, with the contract name, the field that changed, the old and new values, and who made the change.
The ⋯ menu shows the logs for the tab you’re on. Company logs are on Details; contract logs are on Contracts and Fuel Surcharge. Moving between Details and the contract tabs closes the panel.

View a location’s logs

Shipper/Consignee, warehouse, and terminal profiles have a Logs tab:
  1. Open the location profile.
  2. Click the Logs tab.
The table shows one row per change: Time, Action, Change (old → new), Scope, and User. You can search, filter by action or user, sort columns, and export what’s on screen to CSV.

Why some entries are hidden

Entries about customer or carrier rates follow the same permissions as the rates themselves. If you can’t see a rate, you won’t see its log entries.
