What’s on each tab
Customer and Broker/3PL profiles have three tabs:
Location profiles (Shipper/Consignee, warehouses, terminals) have Details and Logs tabs. Factoring Company and Lease profiles have Details only.
You see the Contracts and Fuel Surcharge tabs only on Customer and Broker/3PL profiles, and only with the View Contracted Rates permission. If your plan doesn’t include contracts, the tabs are grayed out. Hover over them to see why.

Edit a value
Each value on the Details tab is a link. Click it to open a small editor for that field, then click Save. An empty field shows Add. If a value is plain text and not a link, you don’t have permission to edit it.You can’t change a company’s Company Type on the new profile.
Closing a window without saving
On the Contracts and Fuel Surcharge tabs, you can close the contract window with Cancel, ✕, Esc, or by clicking outside it. If you changed something, Alvys asks Discard changes? first: click Keep editing to go back, or Discard to close without saving. The browser Back button switches between tabs and closes any open window on the tab you leave.Legacy mode (temporary)
If you need the old profile, click Legacy mode in the page header. The old profile opens in the same browser tab, and Alvys keeps you on the old profile in that tab until you switch back. To return, click New experience on the old profile.Legacy mode is temporary. Alvys will remove the old profile in a future release, so please learn the new layout now. If something you need is missing from the new profile, tell Support so we can add it before Legacy mode goes away.
