Alvys syncs invoices, bills, vendor credits, and fuel and toll expenses with all five accounting integrations. Coverage for payments, journal entries, and reference data such as items, departments, and dimensions depends on the accounting system. Use the tables below to check a record before you set up an integration.
How to read these tables
Each table lists the Alvys records in one area of accounting and shows what each accounting system supports.
The line under each record name says what Alvys does with it:
- Create: Alvys creates the record in your accounting system.
- Update: Alvys sends later changes made in Alvys.
- Import: Alvys reads the record or its status from your accounting system.
- Void or delete: Alvys removes or voids the record in your accounting system.
