Alvys can submit invoices to every factoring company listed here. How the invoices get there, and whether funding status, broker credit checks, and reports come back into Alvys, depends on the factoring company. Use the table below to check a factoring company before you set it up.

How to read this table

  • Connection type: API means Alvys sends invoices to the factoring company directly. File transfer means Alvys uploads a batch file to the factoring company’s server. Manual download means Alvys builds the batch file and you send it yourself.
  • Funding status: Alvys updates invoices with the funding status from the factoring company.
  • Broker credit check: You can check a broker’s credit with the factoring company from Alvys.
  • Purchase reports and Payment reports: Alvys reads the purchase and payment reports you upload from the factoring company and updates your invoices.
  • Payment sync: Alvys brings payments recorded by the factoring company into Alvys.

Which features does each factoring company support?

  • Payment sync in TAFS: Runs when you start a payment sync in Alvys.
  • Submit invoices in Capital Depot, Wex FleetOne, and Sunbelt Finance: Alvys creates the batch file; you send it to the factoring company.
