Part of the Dispatch Planner column reference. The Employee ID(s) column shows the employee ID from each driver’s profile. Use it to find a driver by the ID your company uses internally, such as a payroll number.

At a glance

How does the cell show a team?

For a single driver, the cell shows that driver’s employee ID. For a two-driver team, it shows Driver 1’s ID, then Driver 2’s, separated by a slash, for example 1042 / 1077. A driver with no employee ID shows a dash in their place.

Why can’t I find a driver by their employee ID?

The ID belongs to Driver 2. The filter only matches Driver 1’s employee ID. To find a team by Driver 2, filter the Driver(s) column by name instead, which matches either driver. The ID is not on the driver’s profile. The column reads the Employee Id field on the driver’s profile. If the field is empty, there is nothing to match. Sorting looks out of order. The column sorts by Driver 1’s ID one character at a time, so an ID of 1000 sorts before 200. Drivers with no employee ID sort last.
