Part of the Dispatch Planner column reference. The Driver Fleet column shows the fleet set on Driver 1’s profile. Use it to plan by fleet, or to narrow the table to the drivers in the fleets you dispatch for.

Where does the fleet come from?

The fleet comes from the Fleet field on Driver 1’s profile in Assets > Drivers. For a two-driver team, Driver 2’s fleet is not shown, and filtering checks Driver 1 only. The filter list offers every fleet in your company. Sorting is by fleet name.

Why does the column show a dash?

If Driver 1 has no fleet, the column shows a dash. The filter has no option for drivers without a fleet, so filtering by fleet always leaves them out. Set the Fleet field on the driver’s profile to include them.

How is this different from the Truck Fleet column?

Driver Fleet reads the driver’s profile. The Truck Fleet column reads the fleet of the truck on the driver’s assignment preference. The two can differ when a driver runs a truck from another fleet.
