Part of the Dispatch Planner column reference. The Driver Fleet column shows the fleet that the trip’s driver belongs to. Use it to see or filter trips by the fleet of the driver covering them, whatever fleet the load itself is booked to.

At a glance

What does the column show?

The cell shows the name of the fleet on the driver assigned to the trip. A trip with no driver, or with a driver who has no fleet, shows a dash. This is separate from the Fleet column, which shows the load’s own fleet. Changing the Fleet column does not change this one.

Why does a trip show a fleet I did not expect?

Only Driver 1 counts on a team. When two drivers are assigned as a team, the column shows Driver 1’s fleet, the first name in the Driver(s) column. Driver 2’s fleet is not shown, and filtering by fleet only checks Driver 1. This matches how the Drivers/Assets table behaves. The column shows the driver’s fleet today. If the driver moves to another fleet, the column shows the new fleet, including on trips the driver was assigned to before the change. The filter has no option for trips without a driver fleet. The list only offers your fleets, so you cannot filter for trips with a blank Driver Fleet cell.
