Part of the Dispatch Planner column reference. The Pickup Window End (FCFS) column shows when the first-come, first-served window closes at the stop where each trip starts, with the full date, time, and time zone, for example 09/04/2026 @ 16:00 CST. Use it to see the latest time a driver can arrive for the pickup.

At a glance

What does the column show?

The column shows the End Window time of the trip’s first stop when that stop’s schedule type is FCFS (First Come First Serve). The first stop is the first pickup on most trips. The time uses a 24-hour clock. For an FCFS stop, this is the same time Origin Date & Time shows, with the year added. Add Pickup Window Begin (FCFS) to see when the window opens. The time is the local time at the stop, followed by the abbreviation of the stop’s time zone, not your own time zone. The abbreviation stays the same all year, so a Dallas pickup in July reads CST, not CDT, while the time shown is still the clock time at the stop.

Why is the column blank?

The first stop is an appointment. A stop with the APPT (Appointment) schedule type has no window, so the column shows a dash. This holds even if the stop had a window before it was switched to APPT. The appointment time shows in Origin Date & Time instead. The window has no end time. An FCFS stop saved without an End Window time shows a dash. Origin Date & Time then shows the Begin Window time.

How do sorting and filtering work?

Sorting follows the real moment, not the clock in the cell. A window closing at 16:00 in New York sorts ahead of one closing at 16:00 in Dallas. Trips showing a dash sort to the bottom whether you sort earliest or latest first. Date filters use the date in the cell. The filter compares the stop’s local date as shown in the column, not the date in your own time zone. Trips showing a dash never match a date filter.
