Part of the Dispatch Planner column reference. The Trip Number column shows each trip’s number as a link. Click the number to open the trip’s load in a new browser tab, or type part of a number into the column filter to find a trip quickly.

At a glance

The link opens the load details page in a new browser tab. If the load is split into several trips, the link opens the load on that trip’s own tab. For example, clicking trip 12345-2 takes you to the second leg of load 12345.

How does the filter match?

The filter finds trips whose number contains what you type, so typing 12345 finds 12345, 12345-1, and 12345-2.

What are the bars next to some trip numbers?

The bars appear only on trips that Dispatch Assist suggests for a driver. When Dispatch Assist is on for your account and you select a driver, the planner pins its suggested trips at the top of the Trips list it opens for that driver. Each pinned trip shows one to four bars next to its number. More bars mean a higher suggestion value than the other pinned suggestions. Hover over the bars to see the suggestion value.
