Part of the Dispatch Planner column reference. The Appointments column shows how many of a trip’s stops have a confirmed appointment, as a colored badge such as 2/3 Confirmed. Use it to find the trips that still need calls to book appointments, without opening each load.

At a glance

What does each value mean?

The badge always reads as a count, so an unconfirmed trip shows 0/3 Confirmed rather than the word Unconfirmed. Use the filter list to pick trips by Confirmed, Partial, or Unconfirmed.

How is the count worked out?

  • The second number is the trip’s stop count, the same number as the Number of Stops column. Waypoints are not counted.
  • The first number is how many of those stops have their appointment marked as confirmed on the load.
  • Every pickup and delivery counts, including stops scheduled first come, first served (FCFS). A trip with FCFS stops shows Partial or Unconfirmed until those stops are marked confirmed too.

How does sorting work?

Sorting ascending brings the trips that need the most work to the top: Unconfirmed trips first, then Partial trips with the fewest confirmed stops first, then Confirmed trips. Sorting descending reverses that order. Trips that show a dash stay at the bottom either way.

Why is the column blank?

A dash means the trip has no stops to count other than waypoints. A trip showing a dash does not match any value you pick from the filter list.
