Part of the Dispatch Planner column reference. The Created column shows the date and time each trip was created. Use it to see how long a trip has been waiting, or sort by it to work the oldest trips first.

At a glance

How is the time shown?

The time is shown in the time zone your computer is set to, on a 24-hour clock, followed by the time zone abbreviation. For example, 08/25/2026 @ 14:05 CDT.

How does the date filter work?

If you pick a date in the filter box under the column header, the table shows trips created before that day. Open the Filters panel to choose Equals, Before, After, or Between instead, and to combine two conditions.
  • Equals matches trips created on the day you pick.
  • Before matches trips created before the day you pick, not including that day.
  • After matches trips created after the day you pick, not including that day.
  • Between matches trips created from the first day through the last day you pick.

Why does the filter return a trip I did not expect?

The filter counts whole days in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). The cell shows your local time, but the filter decides which day a trip was created on using UTC. For a dispatcher in Central time, a trip created at 20:00 CDT on August 24 counts as August 25 in the filter. If a trip lands on the wrong day in your filter, widen the date range by a day. A dash means no creation date is recorded. Trips without a creation date show a dash and sort last.
