Part of the Dispatch Planner column reference. The Customer column shows the customer on each trip’s load. Use it to find, or group together, the trips you are moving for one customer.

How does the filter match?

The filter finds trips whose customer name contains what you type. Capital letters do not matter, so typing acme finds Acme Foods and ACME Logistics.

Why does a trip show a value I did not expect?

The customer comes from the load. Every trip on a split load shows the same customer, because the customer is set on the load rather than on each trip. A dash means the load has no customer. The cell shows a dash when no customer is set on the load.
