Part of the Dispatch Planner column reference. The Posted Rate column shows the rate each trip is posted at on your load boards, such as DAT or Truckstop. Use it to compare posted rates across trips without opening each load.

At a glance

Where does the posted rate come from?

The column reads the rate saved with the trip’s load board postings.
  • If the trip is posted to one load board, the column shows that posting’s rate.
  • If the trip is posted to more than one load board at different rates, the column shows the average of those rates.
  • A posting that has been removed from the load board no longer counts.
  • A posting with a rate of 0doesnotcount.Ifeverypostinghasarateof0 does not count. If every posting has a rate of 0, the column shows a dash.

Does a value mean the trip is live on a load board?

No. Only postings that were removed are left out, so a posting that failed or was not accepted by the load board still shows its rate here. Check the trip’s posting status before you rely on it being live.

Why can’t I find the column?

Your account has no load board connected. The column is only offered when your account has a load board integration whose status is Integrated under Management > Integrations. If none is connected, the column does not appear in the grid and is not offered in the column configuration menu, for every user on the account. See Post Loads to DAT Load Board or TruckStop Load Board Integration to connect one.

Why is the column blank?

The trip has never been posted. A trip with no load board posting shows a dash. Its postings were removed. Once every posting on the trip is removed from the load boards, the column shows a dash again.
