Part of the Dispatch Planner column reference. The Destination State column shows the state or province code of the stop where each trip ends, such as GA. Use it to find trips that finish in a state where you want a driver to be next, without setting a radius.

At a glance

How does the state filter work?

The list holds every US state, Canadian province, and Mexican state, shown as a name and code, such as Georgia (GA). Type in the Search states box to find one quickly. States you tick are listed first. A trip matches when the state on its last stop’s address is one of the states you picked. The match is on the state itself, not on distance, so a trip that ends just across a state line does not match. To match by distance instead, use the radius in the Destination Location filter. The column reads the trip’s last stop, which on most trips is the last delivery.

Why is the column blank?

The last stop’s address has no state. The column shows a dash, and the trip does not match any state you pick.
