Part of the Dispatch Planner column reference. The Posted column shows when the row’s truck was posted to the DAT load board as available capacity. Use it to see which trucks are already advertised to brokers and which still need a post.

At a glance

What does the value mean?

  • A date and time means the truck is posted. The value is when the post was created, shown as month, day, year, and 24-hour time in your computer’s time zone, for example 03/14/2026 15:30.
  • A dash means the truck has no current post.
In the filter, Yes shows rows with a current post and No shows rows without one.

How do I post a truck?

Select the driver’s row, then click Post truck in the sidebar. The button appears only when all of these are true:
  1. Your company has DAT connected.
  2. Your user role is Dispatcher. Users with other roles, including Admin, do not see the button.
  3. The truck is not already posted.

Why did the date disappear?

The post was removed. The column shows a dash again once the post is deleted. The team was assigned to a trip. When you assign the team’s driver and truck to a trip, Alvys removes their truck post, and the column shows a dash.
