Part of the Dispatch Planner column reference. The Truck Fleet column shows the fleet of the truck in the Truck ID column. Use it to plan by the fleet your trucks belong to, which can differ from the fleet on the driver’s profile.

At a glance

Where does the fleet come from?

The fleet belongs to the truck on the driver’s assignment preference, the same truck shown in the Truck ID column. On a team, Driver 1 and Driver 2 share that truck and its fleet. The filter list offers every fleet in your company. Sorting is by fleet name.

Why does the column show a dash?

The preference has no truck. If the driver’s assignment preference has no truck, there is no truck fleet to show. The truck has no fleet. If the truck is not assigned to a fleet, the column shows a dash. The filter has no option for trucks without a fleet, so filtering by fleet always leaves those drivers out.

How is this different from the Driver Fleet column?

Truck Fleet reads the truck’s fleet. The Driver Fleet column reads the Fleet field on Driver 1’s profile. The two can differ when a driver runs a truck from another fleet.
